Planting season:
We have finished planting oats, rye, and field-peas.  We have finished planting corn.  We have planted all of the potatoes.  We have planted the cucurbits:  squash, pumpkins and gourds.  We have planted most of the vegetables, leaving only those second and third crops of the fastest-growing greens and other veggies.
It is now haying season.  As Mother Nature provides drying conditions, we are mowing hay and baling it.  We now have baled hay available in limited quantities.  Please call ahead for availability.

POTATOES FOR ON-FARM PICK-UP
Our potatoes can be ordered and picked up directly at the farm while maintaining the current distance separation and other safe practices during this trying coronavirus time.  We only ask that you call ahead to place your order and to tell us when you are coming so that your order will be ready when you arrive.  Steve is at 518 578-8436; Ben is at 518 354-0553.  This is the best way to learn about and obtain potatoes that actually taste good.  Otherwise, click the link "Potato Varieties" shown in the column on the left.  Our standard packaging is 24 oz., 5 lb., 10 lb., and 50 lb.  Other custom quantities may be available, but only if you ask in advance.  The new potato crop is growing fast.  'New' potatoes will be available in limited quantities soon.  Calling ahead is paramount to avoid a wasted trip to the farm

GREAT ADIRONDACK CORN MAZE

A completely new maze depicting "Americans in Space" will be open in early-mid August.  Plan on exploring it in August when it is at its best--thickest, most lush, and most challenging.  See you soon
