SEASON OF 2008 is coming!

The theme for this year's maze design is Mexican, playing upon an on-going affiliation with Andy Quinn and Desperado's, a popular Mexican restaurnat in Lake Placid. Again, Scott Rohe, a local cartoonist, has put this year's layout on graph paper, and we are currently awaiting warmer weather to plant the corn, and when the tiny corn plants are sufficiently high, we will remove all of them not in confromance with this year's design.

Season:
We are projecting an opening date of Friday, 1 August (assuming that Mother Nature cooperates).

Regular Hours: The corn maze will be open Thursday through Sunday from 1pm 'til dusk starting on 1 August and continuing through October (weather permitting). It will certainly be open through Fright Night at the end of October.

On flashlight nights (every Friday), no one enters the maze after 10pm.

Staff will remain on duty until everyone is out of the maze and accounted for.) After sunset, there will be a bonfire and all the fixings to make smores. This is a wonderful family event, especially as the season proceeds into autumn.,
